(CRAWFORDSVILLE, IN) A Legislative Vote Analysis report, released Thursday by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce, ranked state legislators on their voting records for bills that were approved as state laws. The Chamber noted how local legislatures voted on issues involving the economy, education and jobs.
The report compared the scores of all Indiana legislators during the past two years. This report includes bills such as the passage of Right to Work legislation, which enables Hoosiers the right to opt out of a labor union and the smoke-free ban, which prohibits smoking in public businesses. The Chamber highlighted legislators who were able to make this possible, and Montgomery County legislators helped pass most of the bills supported by the Chamber. Rea
